Manufacturer's Warranties

Products offered by LED-Lights.com provide a manufacturer's warranty! This information is listed on our website within the Parameter section of each product if there is a manufacturer's warranty.

The limited warranty does not cover abuse, cosmetic damage, or damage due to nature, acts of God, misuse, negligence, or disassembly or modification of any part of the product. The limited warranty does not cover damage due to the failure to follow proper installation and operating procedures, in addition to the following reasons: Loss of or damage to the product due to abuse, mishandling, alteration, accident, or electrical current fluctuations. The warranty is valid and only applies when LED-Lights.com LEDs' products are properly used for their intended applications.
The LED-Lights.com and it's suppliers, are not responsible under any circumstance for the removal of or reinstallation of any product, nor for the expense accumulated thereof.

If you experience an issue with a product, a specialist & technician from our support team may be able to diagnose the issue. Technical support is always available by email. We will reply asap within one working day.

The warranty start the date of purchase. If a product is determined to be defective, the LED-Lights.com will at it's option repair, replace, or issue store credit. The LED-Lights.com specialist will contact you within one working day. Please do not return products to us without approval from us.

If the total amount of the product for replacement due to damage or defective is less than $50 or quantity is too small for safety shipping, a refund will be issued to the customer as opposed to replacement(s). Shipping small, single item packages greatly increases the percentage risks for damage during transit.

LED-Lights.com has the right to decide which shipping method will use for the free replacements.
